About the Role
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across industries.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Manage candidate follow-ups, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure timely closures and meet monthly hiring targets
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred)
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of end-to-end hiring process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
