Role Description The Recruiter (RPO) role at Aquarius Worldwide FZE is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for client organizations, including job intake meetings, drafting and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and screening applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, managing candidate communication, and presenting shortlisted profiles to hiring managers. The Recruiter will also support offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and maintain accurate records in recruitment systems while delivering a positive candidate and client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or RPO environments, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and client teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on professional, inclusive, and respectful interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed timelines and service-level expectations.
- Comfort with using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent acquisition.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment methods, and basic employment-related compliance principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate candidate and process documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
- Experience recruiting across different roles or industries within the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
