UpMan Placements is growing, and we're looking for dynamic Recruiters with experience hiring across multiple industries and functions to join our Mumbai team.

🔹 Position: Recruiter (Diversified Hiring)
📍 Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Hybrid)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries, including IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Pharma, Healthcare, Logistics, BFSI, EPC, Engineering, Corporate Functions, and more
✅ Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and database search
✅ Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
✅ Coordinate interviews and manage the complete hiring lifecycle until successful onboarding
✅ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
✅ Work on multiple client mandates simultaneously while ensuring timely closures
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and MIS reports
🔹 What We're Looking For
✔ 1–5+ years of recruitment experience (consultancy/staffing experience preferred)
✔ Exposure to hiring across multiple industries and functional domains
✔ Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple positions with speed and quality
✔ Excellent communication, ownership, and a target-driven mindset
✔ Recruiters with multi-industry hiring experience will be preferred
