About the Role
ROHI Global Services is looking for a dynamic and passionate Chef Recruiter or Hospitality background to join our growing recruitment team. Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, or cruise ships who are looking to transition into recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for cruise ship and hospitality positions
- .Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and suitability
- .Evaluate resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- .Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- .Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
- .Follow up with candidates for documentation and onboarding
- .Build and maintain a strong database of hospitality professionals

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Cruise Industry
- Previous experience as a Chef, F&B Professional, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, or Hotel Operations is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good interviewing and interpersonal skills
- .Basic knowledge of MS Office and online recruitment platforms
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset
