About CloudNuro
Help shape the future of AI adoption.
CloudNuro is a Chicago-based technology company and a proud winner of the 2025 Chicago Innovation Award, recognized for its innovative approach to technology governance and financial accountability.
We are on a mission to make AI adoption accessible, measurable, and responsible for organizations of all sizes.
Through AgentNuro, our AI Adoption Management platform, we help companies discover AI tools and agents, manage Shadow AI, track AI usage and token consumption, optimize AI costs, and govern AI adoption.
We are building the next phase of our growth around Product-Led Growth (PLG), enabling startups, small businesses, and growing teams to discover, try, adopt, and realize value from AI with minimal friction.
This is an opportunity to join an award-winning, innovation-driven company and play a defining role in how we bring our AI platform to market.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution skills.
You will be instrumental in building and scaling AgentNuro's product-led growth strategy, from creating compelling positioning and messaging to driving organic discovery, product adoption, user engagement, and conversion.
We need someone who understands how to market technology to startups and smaller organizations, where customers expect immediate value, simple experiences, and minimal purchasing friction.
You should be equally comfortable:
- Developing differentiated product positioning, messaging, and category narratives.
- Building and executing PLG go-to-market strategies.
- Creating website content, campaigns, product videos, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Using AI tools extensively and coordinating a small internal or external team.
This is a role for a builder and doer, not someone who only develops strategy and delegates execution.
What You Will OwnProduct Positioning & Messaging
Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for AgentNuro and our AI Adoption Management solutions.
- Translate AI discovery, Shadow AI, AI governance, token management, AI cost attribution, and optimization into simple customer benefits.
- Create messaging around immediate value, ease of adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Refine positioning based on user feedback, competitor analysis, product insights, and market trends.
Category & Market Development
Help CloudNuro establish AI Adoption Management as an important and emerging technology category.
- Develop narratives around AI adoption, Shadow AI, AI agents, AI governance, AI cost management, and TokenOps.
- Identify emerging AI trends, customer challenges, and opportunities to differentiate AgentNuro.
- Turn insights into thought leadership, educational content, campaigns, and market awareness.
Go-to-Market & Product Launches
Own product marketing for new capabilities and releases, with a strong emphasis on PLG.
- Develop ICPs, personas, value propositions, and product messaging.
- Build PLG campaigns focused on acquisition, self-service discovery, onboarding, activation, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop launch plans, website messaging, landing pages, educational content, demo narratives, and promotional campaigns.
- Run go-to-market experiments to improve the journey from awareness to adoption and paid conversion.
- Work closely with Product Management to align marketing with product experience and customer needs.
Product & Customer Enablement
Create content and experiences that help users understand AgentNuro and get started with minimal friction.
- Product walkthroughs, explainer videos, solution briefs, use cases, FAQs, and getting-started content.
- Product demos, value propositions, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Customer education, self-service onboarding, and partner enablement.
Competitive Intelligence
Develop a systematic competitive intelligence program across AI Adoption Management, AI governance, AI cost management, and emerging AI platforms.
- Monitor competitor positioning, messaging, capabilities, pricing, launches, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Study competitor PLG models, onboarding, self-service journeys, and conversion approaches.
- Translate research into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, and leadership.
Content & Thought Leadership
Create high-quality content that establishes CloudNuro and AgentNuro as credible voices in the AI ecosystem.
- Product blogs, educational guides, solution briefs, thought leadership, and industry content.
- LinkedIn content, growth campaigns, customer stories, webinars, and promotional material.
- Product videos, demo scripts, tutorials, presentations, and other creative assets.
You should be a strong writer and storyteller who can take an idea from concept to finished content without depending on a large content team.
Website, SEO & AI Search Visibility
Make AgentNuro discoverable when users search for solutions to their AI adoption challenges.
- Develop SEO-optimized website content, landing pages, solution pages, and educational resources.
- Improve visibility across traditional search and AI answer engines, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Use keyword research, search behavior, competitor analysis, AI visibility testing, and conversion insights to improve performance.
Customer & Market Intelligence
Develop a strong understanding of startups, small businesses, AI developers, and growing teams.
- Understand customer pain points, buying motivations, adoption barriers, and expectations.
- Analyze behavior across the PLG funnel.
- Translate customer and market insights into improvements across positioning, content, product experience, and growth strategy.
AI-Native Way of Working
AI proficiency is a core requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have.
We expect our Senior Product Marketing Manager to actively leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate execution, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
You should be proficient in using AI for:
- Research: Market intelligence, competitive analysis, personas, and trends.
- Content & Messaging: Positioning, writing, editing, SEO, AI-search optimization, and campaigns.
- Creative & Multimedia: Presentations, product videos, visual content, and collateral.
- Analytics & Automation: Growth analysis, PLG funnel insights, workflow automation, and marketing productivity.
Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms is expected.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate how they have used AI to work faster and more effectively while applying appropriate validation, expertise, and human judgment.
What We Are Looking For
You likely have:
- 5+ years of experience in technology product marketing, preferably in AI or related emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG), digital product marketing, or self-service customer acquisition.
- Experience marketing products to startups, small businesses, and growing technology teams.
- Strong product positioning, messaging, technical writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies, product launches, organic growth campaigns, and competitive intelligence.
- Understanding of PLG metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools and their practical application to marketing workflows.
- Strong individual execution skills and the ability to coordinate a small team or external resources in a fast-moving startup environment.
The Type of Person Who Will Succeed Here
You are a builder, a creator, and a doer.
You enjoy taking an idea from a blank page and turning it into something that drives real customer engagement.
You understand that successful PLG is about making a product easy to discover, easy to understand, easy to try, and valuable enough for customers to adopt and pay for.
You do not need a large team to make progress. You know how to prioritize, execute independently, and leverage a small team, external resources, and AI tools to multiply your impact.
You are intellectually curious, passionate about emerging AI technologies, and continuously experiment with new tools and marketing approaches.
Most importantly, you measure success by business impact, product adoption, customer acquisition, and growth, not simply the number of assets produced.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 6 to 12 months, you will help CloudNuro:
- Establish differentiated positioning for AgentNuro in the AI Adoption Management market.
- Build a repeatable, scalable product marketing and PLG go-to-market motion.
- Improve product discovery, website traffic, self-service onboarding, activation, and conversion.
- Develop a strong library of product marketing assets, educational content, and customer stories.
- Increase AgentNuro's visibility across traditional search, AI search, and industry discussions.
- Establish a competitive intelligence program and contribute directly to user acquisition, adoption, and revenue growth.
