We're Hiring: Manager - Product Marketing Manager (AI-Native Solutions)
Location: Bangalore (India), Hybrid | Experience: 5-8 years
Ready to tell the story of how AI is changing telecom? Subex is on a journey to become the partner for "Fearless, Seamless, and Fraud-Free" digital journeys. As we move to an AI-first product strategy, we're looking for a proactive Product Marketing powerhouse to bridge our advanced AI capabilities (GenAI Agents, Explainable AI, ML models) and the real-world pain points of CIOs and RAFM heads at global Tier 1 Telcos.
What you'll do:
- Position Subex as the pioneer of Cognitive Automation in Telecom, and craft the narrative for how GenAI agents replace manual investigation
- Understand our core personas, from the CIO (TCO and scalability) to the Fraud Analyst (UX and precision), and create content in their language
- Lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy for our AI-enabled horizontal solutions, including launches and competitive counter-positioning against legacy players
- Build "AI Battlecards" and ROI calculators that help Sales win in a cloud-native, AI-driven procurement market
- Use AI-driven research tools to track the market and competitors, staying two steps ahead on themes like Business Assurance powered by GenAI
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in B2B Product Marketing (Telecom experience is a plus)
- AI fluency: you can explain the difference between a rule-based engine and unsupervised ML, and make Explainable AI clear to a non-technical CFO
- A proactive mindset: you spot a trend or competitor weakness and bring the campaign, not wait for a request
- Content excellence: turning complex architectures into whitepapers, LinkedIn thought leadership and demo scripts
