About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operations across production, inventory, logistics, quality, and service. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, improve productivity, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing and operations.
- Inventory and logistics management
- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with engineering and service, teams for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of operations/manufacturing experience, including team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory, and quality management.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the laboratory, scientific instruments, medical devices, or engineering industry is preferred.
