Go4Global Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead our Digital Marketing, Media Production, and Web Development verticals.
As the bridge between clients and our creative teams, you will understand customer requirements, convert them into clear project briefs, allocate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality and is delivered on time.
You will be responsible for coordinating designers, video editors, developers, digital marketers, and other production resources while continuously improving operational efficiency, team productivity, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear briefs for production teams.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
- Allocate resources and manage project timelines effectively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with exceptional quality.
- Work closely with designers, developers, video editors, and digital marketing specialists.
- Review deliverables and perform quality checks before client submission.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Build strong client relationships through timely communication and execution.
- Continuously improve workflows, processes, and delivery standards.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in operations, project management, or agency management.
- Good understanding of graphic design fundamentals, branding, and creative production workflows.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and website development projects.
- Strong project planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project management tools is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Creative Agency, Media Production Company, or Web Development Company will be preferred.
