About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Associate Operations Manager to lead and scale our Creative Production Operations. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery, driving operational efficiency, managing client relationships, building high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of quality services across global creative production projects.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in creative production operations, strategic planning, stakeholder management, process optimization, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end creative production operations across multiple accounts and projects.
- Grow and strengthen delivery capabilities across the creative production services ecosystem.
- Build and scale internal teams while developing a strong network of external vendors and freelancers.
- Ensure consistent delivery against quality standards, turnaround times, and client SLAs.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for delivery, technology adoption, and operational maturity.
- Manage resource planning, utilization, and capacity to meet business demands.
- Lead performance management by establishing KPIs, OKRs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers and team leads to build future leadership capabilities.
- Partner with Client Services and Account Management teams to align delivery with evolving client requirements.
- Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and solution presentations.
- Work closely with Technology teams to improve workflows through automation and digital transformation.
- Oversee project costing, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, SOWs, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 10+ years of experience leading Creative Production Operations or related operational functions.
- Proven experience managing medium to large teams (15+ members).
- Strong background in creative production, operations, and service delivery.
- Experience working with international clients and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with experience in operational planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Stable career progression with a proven track record of leadership.
