Hiring | Senior Manager – Overseas Education Branch Head | Jaipur
We’re hiring an experienced Senior Manager / Branch Head – Overseas Education to lead our Jaipur branch and drive team performance, student conversions, enrolments and business growth.
📍 Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Jaipur overseas education counselling team
Own branch-level enrolment, revenue and conversion targets
Set counsellor-wise targets and drive daily/weekly performance reviews
Monitor the complete student funnel — Leads → Counselling → Applications → Offers → Deposits → Visa → Enrolment
Coach counsellors, improve productivity and manage performance
Handle high-value, complex and escalated student cases
Ensure strong CRM hygiene, pipeline management and forecasting
Drive seminars, education fairs, college/school outreach and local business development
Build a high-accountability, student-first branch culture
✅
Must Have
✔️ 4–6+ years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad / International Admissions
✔️ Proven team-handling and leadership experience
✔️ Experience owning sales/enrolment/revenue targets
✔️ Strong understanding of student conversion and admissions processes
✔️ Experience with major destinations such as UK, Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand and/or Europe
✔️ Strong CRM, pipeline and performance-tracking skills
✔️ Excellent communication, coaching and decision-making abilities
✔️ Candidates with
Branch/Center Management experience will be preferred
