Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily branch operations and team performance.
- Achieve sales targets and improve branch business.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate FLS employees.
- Handle customer service and insurance advisory.
- Monitor performance data and implement action plans.
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting.
- Conduct local marketing and customer outreach.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and people-management skills

- .Basic knowledge of digital/reporting tools
