WE ARE HIRING – BRANCH MANAGER
GISS Security Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage our branch operations.

📌 Position: Branch Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operations of the branch efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Handle client meetings, enquiries, proposals, and service requirements.
• Ensure timely deployment of security guards and manpower at client locations.
• Supervise and coordinate with Operations Officers, Supervisors, Security Guards and other field staff.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming and performance of deployed manpower.
• Ensure proper compliance with company policies and statutory requirements such as PSARA, ESI and EPF.
• Handle client complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Monitor branch revenue, expenses, collections and profitability.
• Coordinate recruitment and manpower requirements for the branch.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality service delivery.
• Prepare and submit branch performance and operational reports to management.
• Achieve branch-level business, operational and collection targets.
🎯 Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who has:
✅ 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Private Security / Facility Management / Manpower Industry
✅ Strong knowledge of security operations and manpower management
✅ Good leadership and team-management skills
✅ Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
✅ Business development and sales-oriented mindset
✅ Ability to manage multiple client sites and field teams
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting
✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
✅ Ability to work independently and achieve targets
