Controllership R2R Ops Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Controllership R2R Ops Lead to lead finance controllership and end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) operations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in financial reporting, R2R processes, people management, ERP systems, and process transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and financial controllership activities.
- Oversee financial close, reporting, general ledger, reconciliations, and related controllership processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial reporting activities.
- Analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and technology adoption to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen financial processes.
- Leverage ERP platforms and accounting technologies to streamline R2R operations.
- Present financial information and insights clearly to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in finance controllership, with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
- Strong experience managing end-to-end financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and controllership practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Experience in process improvement, automation, or finance transformation is highly desirable.
