Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial management, taxation, auditing, banking, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for personally managing and executing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth financial operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, banking, and import/export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Maintain complete and accurate accounts in Tally ERP Prime and prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Personally handle the finalization of accounts, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.
- Prepare financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for audits.
- Conduct internal audits and stock audits, and statutory audits.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Manage customer receivables, account reconciliations, and debt collection.
- Process vendor bills and payments and resolve account discrepancies.
- Prepare and monitor age-wise analysis of debtors and creditors.
Taxation & Compliance
- Personally prepare and file GST, TDS, EPFO, ESI, and Professional Tax returns.
- Handle tax calculations, reconciliations, payments, filings, and related documentation.
- Manage RBI EDPMS/IDPMS compliance and follow up on outstanding transactions.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure timely compliance with applicable requirements.
Import & Export Operations
- Prepare and maintain import/export documentation, including invoices, Certificate of Origin (CoO), and DGFT filings.
- Coordinate directly with banks, CHA agents, customs authorities, and government departments for required clearances.
- Handle the financial and accounting aspects of import/export transactions and ensure timely reconciliation and closure.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Personally manage monthly payroll processing, including overseeing attendance and salary calculations before salary payment processing.
- Calculate and process employee deductions, reimbursements, and statutory contributions.
- Handle employee travel bills, reimbursements, and related documentation.
- Complete applicable payroll-related statutory filings and payments.
Banking & Loans
- Handle loan documentation, CC/OD renewals, and monthly stock statements.
- Coordinate directly with bankers to resolve queries and ensure smooth banking transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial information required by banks.
- Monitor loan repayments, interest, banking transactions, and fund requirements.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP Prime.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and other commonly used financial functions.
- Proficiency in MS Word and preparation of financial and statutory documentation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, reconciliation, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Practical experience in GST, TDS, EPFO, ESI, Professional Tax, and RBI EDPMS/IDPMS.
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation and banking processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently liaise with banks, government departments, auditors, CHA agents, vendors, customers, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of progressive hands-on experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Banking, and Administration.
- Strong practical experience with Tally ERP Prime and MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
