Role Description The Senior Interior Supervisor will oversee interior fit-out and finishing works for commercial real estate projects, ensuring design intent, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors, monitoring site progress, and resolving technical and execution issues. The person in this role will review drawings and material specifications, manage installation of interior elements (such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, and joinery), and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability guidelines. They will prepare and update daily site reports, track resource utilization, support project scheduling, and assist with inspections and handover activities. The Senior Interior Supervisor will also guide junior site staff, promote best practices, and maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and workspace functionality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong interior site supervision skills, including experience managing fit-out projects, monitoring execution quality, and overseeing contractors and vendors.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting architectural, interior, and MEP drawings, along with familiarity with materials, finishes, and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess project coordination and planning skills, such as scheduling, progress tracking, resource allocation, and risk identification.
- Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, suppliers, and clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety regulations, construction best practices, and sustainable interior solutions relevant to commercial real estate.
- Candidates should ideally have a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in supervising commercial workspace interiors.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Gurugram, able to handle multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail under time constraints.
