Role Description The Redevelopment Partnerships – Builder Floor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and managing redevelopment opportunities for builder floor projects, including site evaluation, feasibility assessment, and coordination with stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships with builders, property owners, and investors, negotiating project terms, and supporting transaction execution. The role also includes monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ESG requirements, and collaborating with internal teams such as legal, finance, and facility management. The individual will be expected to prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance VISCO India’s redevelopment portfolio.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate redevelopment, builder floor projects, or residential property development.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, partnership development, and negotiation.
- Ability to conduct basic market research, financial feasibility assessments, and property due diligence.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations, approval processes, and compliance requirements in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with technology tools for property management, CRM, and reporting; familiarity with ESG-related practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in on-site roles and willingness to travel locally for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement.
