✨ Who we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin or a related role
- Non-logistics experience is absolutely fine
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn & Instagram
- Minimum 10K+ genuine organic followers — yes, we’ll actually check 👀
- Good command of payroll management
- Comfortable handling expenses, reimbursements & basic financial administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Someone proactive, independent & comfortable wearing multiple hats
