We’re seeking a high-calibre MBA professional to lead Talent Acquisition, focused exclusively on hiring senior sales leaders.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify, attract and hire senior sales leaders
• Build and maintain a strong network of high-quality sales talent
• Map the market and proactively engage passive candidates
• Partner with founders and business leaders to define hiring needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closure
• Evaluate candidates for capability, maturity and cultural fit
• Build a scalable, repeatable leadership hiring engine
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Maturity, persistence and sound judgment
• Ability to engage credibly with senior sales professionals and leadership teams
• MBA required
Location: Bengaluru | Work from office
Working days: Monday–Saturday
