- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Phlebotomists, Lab Technicians, Pathologists and Diagnostics roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and local hiring networks.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-up and feedback.
- Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth candidate closure.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure TAT and hiring targets are achieved.
