- Tuesday–Saturday work week
- Friday is a mandatory office day

About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Admissions Counsellor (Inside Sales) to manage high-intent inbound enquiries from students and parents exploring undergraduate and graduate admissions abroad, alongside our test preparation programmes (SAT, ACT, IELTS, GRE and GMAT).
This is a consultative, high-ticket sales role. You'll guide families through important education decisions, build trust through meaningful conversations, recommend the right CollegePass programmes, and convert enquiries into enrolments with integrity.
What You'll Do
- Own inbound leads end-to-end, from first contact through enrolment
- Conduct discovery calls and profile evaluations to understand each student's goals, strengths and aspirations
- Recommend the most suitable admissions advising and test preparation programmes based on the student's profile
- Build trust with students and parents, address objections confidently, and convert qualified enquiries into enrolments
- Consistently achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
- Maintain a structured follow-up process and manage an active pipeline in the CRM with accurate, up-to-date records
- Work closely with the academic and counselling teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience after enrolment
- Mentor junior counsellors on consultative selling, objection handling and effective call structure
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in admissions counselling, study abroad consulting or EdTech inside sales
- A proven track record of consistently achieving enrolment or revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building and objection-handling skills
- Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi fluency is preferred
- Experience using a CRM such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar platform
- Exposure to overseas education or standardised test preparation is a strong advantage
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
- Available to work Tuesday–Saturday, with Friday as a mandatory office day
