About us
GetGrowth Digital is an e-commerce advertising agency for brands in North America and Europe. We have managed more than USD 40MM in ad spend.
About the role
You will own a set of client accounts across categories and global markets, from the day they sign.
Your mission:
- Onboard new clients and own delivery and quality on their accounts.
- Build the strategy that grows each client's sales and profit.
- Keep clients happy, and keep them with us.
- Become the person clients trust on all things Amazon.
The people who do well here bring:
- A strong quantitative background. You are at home with numbers and first to spot what changed and why.
- The ability to explain. You make complex ideas & strategies simple for busy business owners.
- Strategic thinking. You look at the whole picture, build a plan, and back it with data.
- Extreme Ownership. You do what you say you will, by when you said you would, and keep clients updated until it is done.
You do not need to be an Amazon ads expert. A background in Amazon or other online marketplaces (Walmart, Target etc), e-commerce, performance marketing (Amazon, Google or Meta Ads), digital marketing, or consulting is strongly preferred.
You may be working today as an account manager, key account manager, client servicing or client success manager, e-commerce or marketplace manager, performance marketing manager or consultant.
If you manage clients and enjoy working with numbers, we want to hear from you.
What you will do
- Run weekly and biweekly calls with clients in the US and Europe.
- Build a growth plan for each client based on their goals, and work with our team to deliver it.
- Analyse each client's business in depth: what happened, why, and where the next opportunity is. Turn it into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Answer client questions in plain language, with an example and a number.
- Recommend next steps, back them with data, and respect the client's final call.
- Plan and lead key projects such as new product launches and peak events like Prime Day and the holiday season sales.
- Onboard new clients and agree on goals and targets with them.
- Check accounts regularly for quality and catch problems early.
- Send accurate weekly and monthly reports, written for business owners, that lead with one clear insight.
- Work with our internal team to get answers and deliver what we promised.
- Keep everyone aligned when a client has several partners or decision makers.
- Spot early signs that a client is unhappy, and identify opportunities to help them grow.
Must-haves
- Client management experience. 3+ years building long-term relationships with business owners or senior decision makers, in account management, consulting or client success.
- Fluent communication. You can talk strategy and best practices with global clients, and explain complex ideas simply.
- Exceptional written communication. Clear emails, reports and messages that a busy founder reads once and understands.
- Strong analytical skills. Good with numbers and data: spreadsheets, percentages, margins and forecasts.
- You can tell a client something they do not want to hear, show them the number, and keep the relationship.
- You stay calm when a client panics, and you admit it quickly when you get something wrong.
- Comfortable working a shift aligned with US business hours, ending at 12:30 AM IST.
- You understand remote work culture and the tools that make it work.
- Most of all, a growth mindset.
Good to have
- Amazon Advertising or Amazon Seller Central experience.
- Project management experience with large e-commerce catalogs across global markets.
- Experience with other marketplaces or online stores, such as Walmart, Target or Shopify brands.
- Experience managing clients in the US, UK or Europe.
How you will be measured
- A quarterly client satisfaction score of 9 or 10 out of 10.
- Client retention.
- Growth in your clients' sales and profit.
- Accurate reports & strategy, delivered on time.
- Every client request closed by the date & time promised.
- Clear communication across cultures and time zones, with nothing lost between clients and the team.
What we offer
- Salary of 8 to 15 LPA, plus health insurance.
- A fully remote role.
- A small team where you own real client relationships from your first quarter.
- Training and the tools to do the job well.
- As we grow, a path to lead Client Success team.
