As we grow, we're looking for an Account Manager based in India to support our Dubai team in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns and ensuring work is delivered smoothly across our creative, social, influencer and production teams.
The role
Understand the client. Understand the brief. Keep everyone aligned. Make sure great work gets delivered.
This is a hands-on agency account management role. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, translating client requirements into clear internal briefs, coordinating with different teams and keeping projects moving from brief through delivery.
You'll act as an important link between our clients and the Fireflies team in Dubai, ensuring communication is clear, timelines are managed and clients always know where things stand.
What you'll do

- Build strong relationships with client marketing and brand teams
- Understand each client's business, brand, objectives and priorities
- Lead regular client calls, meetings and status updates

Briefing & campaign management
- Receive client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable internal briefs
- Ask the right questions when briefs are incomplete or unclear
- Coordinate campaigns across social media, content, creators, digital and brand experiences
- Manage projects from briefing through execution and final delivery
- Ensure everyone understands the scope, deliverables, responsibilities and deadlines
- Consolidate client feedback and communicate it clearly to internal teams
- Keep projects moving and follow up proactively when actions are outstanding
Internal coordination
- Work closely with creative, social media, content, influencer, performance and production teams
- Coordinate priorities and timelines across multiple projects
- Make sure teams have the information and approvals they need
- Organise internal kick-offs and project check-ins where required
- Flag risks, delays or scope changes early
- Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams
Reporting & organization
- Maintain project trackers, timelines and status reports
- Keep records of briefs, approvals, feedback and deliverables organized
- Prepare weekly client/project updates
- Support campaign reporting and presentations
- Track project scope and flag requests that fall outside the agreed scope
- Ensure important client actions and follow-ups never get missed
Account growth & commercial support
- Understand the services each client currently uses and identify potential opportunities for additional support
- Help identify opportunities for upselling or expanding existing accounts
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations and credentials
- Coordinate quotations, scopes of work and client approvals with the Dubai team
- Support account reviews and renewal discussions
- Help track account performance and overall client satisfaction
What we're looking for

- Agency experience is essential
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
- Able to turn client conversations and requirements into clear internal briefs
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong follow-up and project-management discipline
- Confident coordinating with creative and specialist teams
- Comfortable managing timelines, feedback and client expectations
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working closely with a Dubai-based team
- Curious about brands, social media, creators, culture and marketing in the Middle East
