Jome Journey is a Singapore-based digital marketing agency serving real estate clients. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Account Manager who can manage client relationships independently while staying actively involved in daily advertising requests, campaign coordination and follow-ups.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage daily client communications through WhatsApp, email and calls, providing clear updates and responding professionally to enquiries and concerns.
- Pick up and follow through on advertising requests, including new campaigns, campaign changes, creative revisions and landing-page updates.
- Clarify client requirements by gathering objectives, campaign details, budgets, materials and deadlines before preparing clear briefs for the team.
- Coordinate with marketers, designers, callers and web support to assign the right tasks, confirm timelines and keep work moving.
- Follow up on approvals, revisions, reports and outstanding decisions, identifying blockers and escalating delays before they affect delivery.
- Check completed work against the agreed request, confirm delivery or launch status with the responsible team and update the client.
- Review and discuss campaign performance, including click-through rate, cost per click, cost per lead, lead volume and lead quality. Explain confirmed findings clearly and ask relevant questions.
- Translate client feedback into actionable marketing discussions, contributing informed suggestions about messaging, creatives, landing pages and lead follow-up.
- Lead client conversations and manage expectations around service scope, campaign performance, deliverables and timelines.
- Handle dissatisfaction and coordinate corrective action, communicating next steps and checking whether the concern has been addressed.
- Maintain accurate account records covering requests, commitments, approvals, deadlines and unresolved matters. Follow up on payments, renewals and relevant lead-management or automation requests.
- Support client retention by identifying concerns early and working with the delivery team on improvement and renewal plans.
Requirements:
- At least three years of digital marketing or performance marketing agency experience, including direct ownership of multiple ongoing client accounts.
- Proven experience leading client calls, explaining campaign results, handling difficult conversations and coordinating internal delivery.
- Practical understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns, beyond familiarity with marketing terminology.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate naturally and handle routine client discussions without management drafting responses.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to prioritise requests and work without repeated reminders.
- Consistent availability during agreed working hours. Any overlapping professional commitments that could affect the role must be disclosed.
- Experience with Singapore clients or real estate marketing is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- General customer-service, virtual-assistant, sales or social-media posting experience alone does not meet this role’s requirements.
- This is a hands-on account-management role, not a purely strategic or supervisory position.
- Technical specialists handle campaign execution, optimisation, design and web development. You must understand the work sufficiently to brief them, ask useful questions and communicate accurately with clients.
- Applicants should already have the fundamentals of agency client management.
