Role Description The SAP Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for delivering high-quality SAP training programs to learners and professionals. This role involves designing and updating training curricula, preparing learning materials, and conducting classroom and lab-based sessions focused on SAP modules such as SAP FICO and Materials Management. The trainer will demonstrate business process flows, guide participants through practical configurations and transactions, and provide individual support during exercises and projects. Daily activities include assessing learning needs, evaluating trainee performance, creating assessments, and documenting training outcomes. The SAP Trainer will collaborate with academic and industry teams to align course content with current market practices and support continuous improvement of the training programs.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong SAP functional expertise, including SAP FICO and, ideally, experience with Materials Management.
- Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including curriculum design, classroom delivery, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess business process understanding across finance, procurement, and related enterprise functions.
- Candidates should possess consulting-oriented skills, such as requirements gathering, solution explanation, and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an SAP Trainer, SAP Consultant, or SAP power user in an implementation or support environment.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with diverse learners, commitment to inclusive education, and interest in emerging technologies.
- Professional certifications in SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, MM) are highly beneficial.
