📢 We're Hiring – Sales Trainer (Freight Forwarding Industry)
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs for our Freight Forwarding sales team.
📍 Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurgaon
🕒 Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training on Freight Forwarding Sales and Business Development.
• Conduct interactive onboarding and refresher training sessions.
• Coach and mentor sales professionals on prospecting, negotiations, and closing techniques.
• Share real-world case studies and industry best practices.
• Develop and customize training content based on business requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance feedback.
📌 Requirements
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Proven experience in training or mentoring sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and improve sales performance.
