About the Role
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training, mentoring trainees, and preparing them with the practical skills required by the manufacturing industry. You will play a key role in shaping the careers of young professionals while working closely with industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Mentor and guide trainees throughout their learning journey.
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluate trainee performance.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and industry partners to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Support placement readiness and industry engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing talent.
- Ability to engage learners and create an interactive training environment.
- Prior training or industry experience is preferred.
