Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Siwan. The Sales Representative will visit local retailers, distributors, and other customers to promote and sell the company’s food and spice products. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, explaining product features and pricing, and handling orders and payments. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities in the area, gathering market feedback, and reporting sales activities to the management team. The Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolve customer issues, and support promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and closing deals.
- Ability to understand product features and explain benefits clearly to customers.
- Comfort with fieldwork, local travel within Siwan, and regular customer visits.
- Organizational skills to manage orders, payments, and simple documentation accurately.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food products, or spices sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; higher education in business or marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic Hindi; ability to communicate clearly in spoken English is beneficial.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while following company guidelines.
