Job details:
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — requisition intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure — for assigned US IT, domestic, and UK requisitions.
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter), Boolean search, referrals, and vendor/partner networks for US IT roles.
- Understand and work confidently with US tax terms and engagement types (C2C, W2, 1099) and immigration/work-authorization basics (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN) relevant to US IT staffing.
- Conduct L1 screening interviews to assess technical fit, communication, rate/compensation alignment, and work-authorization status before submitting candidates to hiring managers or clients.
- Manage a portfolio of P0–P3 priority requisitions simultaneously across US, domestic, and UK accounts, balancing urgency and quality across roles.
- Partner with account managers, hiring managers, and clients to clarify job requirements, calibrate candidate expectations, and troubleshoot sourcing bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline data in the ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit) — candidate status, tags, and stage movement.
- Coordinate and manage vendor/staffing partner submissions, ensuring quality and turnaround SLAs are met, including rate negotiations on C2C submissions.
- Drive offer/rate negotiation and compensation discussions in line with approved budgets, escalating gaps between market rate and approved budget where needed.
- Provide timely, structured updates to the TA Lead on requisition status, blockers, and forecasted closures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes — screening forms, submission trackers, and interview scheduling workflows.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters on US IT sourcing techniques, screening rigor, and pipeline hygiene.
What We're Looking For
- 5–9 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong, demonstrable background in US IT staffing (C2C / W2 / 1099).
- Proven track record of closing niche or hard-to-fill US IT roles within agreed SLAs, working with clients and implementation partners/vendors.
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Boolean search, and referral networks.
- Solid working knowledge of US tax terms, work-authorization categories, and typical US IT staffing submission/rate processes.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, or similar) and comfort maintaining structured pipeline data.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — confident working directly with hiring managers, clients, and vendors across US, UK, and domestic accounts.
- Willingness and flexibility to adjust working hours for US time-zone overlap as needed, in addition to the standard General Shift.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
