We are hiring - Retail Recruiter
Job Details
- Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 7 pm
- Experience: Up to 1 year
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, retail hiring, or volume hiring preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates with BPO, retail, or bulk hiring experience are preferred .
