Job Description
IEVISION IT SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Inside Training Sales Manager to handle inbound and outbound sales for our IT, Cyber Security, Audit, and Compliance training programs.
The role focuses on counselling working professionals, converting leads into enrolments, and managing the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from website, WhatsApp, calls, and campaigns
- Understand candidate requirements and suggest the right course
- Explain training programs (ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP, GRC, etc.) clearly to candidates
- Follow up with prospects and close sales targets
- Maintain lead data and sales updates in CRM / Excel
- Coordinate with trainers and operations team for batch details
- Prepare daily / weekly sales reports
- Build strong relationships with students and corporate clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales / education sales / training sales
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communication
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of IT or professional training is a plus
