Hiring: Sales Manager | Hyderabad 📢
Frontlines EduTech Private Limited is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and drive a target-oriented sales team.
📍 Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
💼 Work Mode: Work From Office
🕐 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Rotational Week Off
🎯 Experience: 5+ Years in Sales with Team Handling Experience
💻 Laptop: Candidates must have their own laptop
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in sales team handling and leadership
- Proven ability to achieve sales/revenue targets
- Experience in lead conversion, follow-ups & customer handling
- Strong communication, negotiation and team-management skills
- Experience in EdTech, BPO, target-driven industries is preferred
- Telugu communication is mandatory; English/Hindi will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team, monitor performance and conversions, set targets, improve follow-up discipline, coach team members, handle escalations, and drive overall team revenue and productivity.
