🚛 We're Hiring: Sales Manager | Sky Blue Cargo Pvt Ltd
Sky Blue Cargo Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven ' Sales Manager' to lead our business development efforts and strengthen client relationships in the logistics and cargo industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the client base
- Identify new business opportunities in freight, cargo, and logistics services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, exporters, and importers
- Negotiate rates and contracts with customers and vendors
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics/cargo/freight forwarding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the cargo/logistics industry and client network is a plus
Salary : 20 to 25 k based on experience
Location : Plot no 5a, Industrial area phase 2,Panchkula, Haryana
