Sales Manager – Real Estate | Greater Bengaluru
Billionaire Dream Estate Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its sales team and looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join us in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
If you have 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or business development and are confident in handling clients, site visits, negotiations, and closures, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve project-wise targets
- Generate, qualify, and manage prospective buyer leads
- Conduct client meetings and property/site visits
- Present projects, pricing, payment plans, and key investment benefits
- Negotiate with clients and drive deals towards closure
- Build strong and long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for lead generation and campaigns
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance through CRM
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare regular sales reports and recommend strategies to improve conversions
What we’re looking for
✅ 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
✅ Experience in real estate sales / property consulting / business development
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
✅ Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team
✅ Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market
✅ Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital lead management
✅ Willingness to work on-site, including weekends when required
💰 Compensation
Salary is open for discussion.
We do not have a fixed salary budget for the right candidate. Compensation will be based on experience, proven performance, skill set, and overall fit for the role.
