- Build and maintain relationships with Event Management Companies, wedding planners and event organizers.
- Generate corporate and social event business through event partners.
- Conduct presentations, property familiarisation visits and site inspections for partners and their clients.
- Coordinate event requirements from enquiry through to execution, ensuring clear communication between event partners and internal resort teams.
- Drive repeat business through consistent servicing and long-term partnership management.
4. Wedding, Event & Banquet Sales
- Handle enquiries for destination weddings, full-property buyouts, corporate events, conferences, social gatherings, family functions and group bookings.
- Conduct property visits and resort presentations for prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts and customized event packages in line with approved pricing structures.
- Negotiate pricing within approved rate bands while protecting revenue and margin targets.
- Coordinate internally with Operations, Banquet, Kitchen, Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure seamless event execution.
- Secure advances and manage payment schedules in coordination with the accounts team.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
5. Sales & Business Development
- Identify new corporate clients, travel partners and business opportunities across Delhi-NCR and other feeder markets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for room revenue, banquet revenue and channel mix.

- Encourage repeat business and referrals from both direct guests and trade partners.
7. Reporting & CRM

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the General Manager and Directors.
- Update the CRM and the resort's property management system (IDS Next) with customer interactions and booking status.
