About Improovy
Improovy (improovy.ae) helps home-service businesses (cleaning, maintenance, renovation, pest control, etc.) get more customers. We build their websites, run their Google and Meta ads, set up AI-powered WhatsApp assistants and booking — similar to what Topline Pro does in the US. We are based in Dubai, UAE, and are now building a remote sales team in India.
The Role
You will sell Improovy's growth subscription to small home-service business owners. This is a full-cycle sales role: find leads, reach out (WhatsApp, calls, email), run short online demos, and close monthly subscriptions.
What you'll do
• Prospect home-service businesses (Google Maps, Instagram, directories) and build lead lists
• Reach out via WhatsApp, phone, and email; qualify and book demo calls
• Run demo calls in English and close monthly subscription deals
• Keep CRM updated and report your pipeline weekly
• Hit a target of new signed clients per month
What we're looking for
• 1+ year in sales, telesales, or business development (SaaS, digital marketing, or agency sales is a plus)
• Fluent spoken and written English (you will talk to business owners in Dubai)
• Confident on WhatsApp and on calls; comfortable with rejection and high outreach volume
• Self-managed: this is a remote role with clear targets, no micromanagement
• Reliable laptop and internet
Compensation
• Unpaid 1-week training and trial week for shortlisted candidates — this is the final selection stage. If you are hired, the week is credited toward your first salary.
• After trial: modest fixed base + strong commission for every signed client (uncapped)
• Top performers move to a permanent role with a higher base
