Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategy, pipeline management, and target achievement
- Strong relationship-building, customer management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and assess business opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in equipment or cleaning solutions sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
