🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for experienced and driven Sales Managers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in EdTech sales, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for building and leading high-performing teams. 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives, driving them to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
● Track team performance and implement coaching interventions where needed.
● Monitor sales KPIs and generate daily/weekly reports for leadership review.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to improve funnel efficiency.
● Create a performance-driven culture and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
● Manage end-to-end sales processes including pitch, negotiation, and closures.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
● Education: Graduate (minimum qualification)
● Experience: Minimum 4 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in EdTech sales and minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
● Proven ability to manage, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing sales professionals.
● Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
● Willingness to work from our gurugram office (WFO).
