What You'll Do
• Make outbound calls and engage prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify their needs.
• Explain CloudHire's products/services and communicate their value effectively.
• Handle customer questions, concerns and objections.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Work toward individual sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
• Participate in training, role-plays, call reviews and coaching sessions.
• Continuously improve your sales pitch and closing skills.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the training program can progress into a confirmed Sales role with full salary + incentive structure.
The program is designed to identify and retain the highest-performing candidates based on objective performance KPIs.

Compensation During Training
The initial 30-day training period follows a stipend-based structure, with the program framework indicating approximately ₹12,000–₹15,000/month depending on city and role.
Successful candidates can transition to the confirmed salary + incentive structure after graduation.
