🚨 Hiring: Sales Head | Bengaluru
Design Thoughts Architects is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive revenue, manage the sales team, and strengthen client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive sales closures.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Revenue
- Drive collection of advance payments.
- Follow up on milestone payments.
- Address and resolve client queries related to payments and revenue.
Team Management
- Review team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide guidance, support, and handholding to the sales team.
- Handle team queries and challenges.
- Drive and improve team performance.
- Coordinate with management on team-related matters.
Management Reporting
- Prepare weekly sales reports.
- Prepare monthly revenue reports.
- Prepare team performance reports.
💰 Salary
₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month
📍 Location: JP Nagar 5th Phase, Bengaluru
