Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Exquisite Group’s construction solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, coordinating events or promotional activities, and tracking performance metrics. The specialist will work closely with project and leadership teams to align sales and marketing strategies with business goals and market trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate internal teams or clients on products, services, and value propositions.
- Candidates should have experience or interest in the construction or real estate sector, and the ability to understand technical offerings.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in sales and marketing is highly valued.
