Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Daily activities include prospecting and visiting potential customers, understanding their waterproofing needs, preparing and presenting proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate solution offerings, timely project initiation, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, prepare reports, and support marketing initiatives such as local campaigns, site visits, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in B2B and B2C sales, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal negotiation.
- Ability to understand construction and waterproofing requirements and translate them into clear, solution-based proposals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in explaining technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and use of digital communication platforms for follow-ups and coordination.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
- Prior experience in construction, waterproofing, building materials, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and site inspections within Ghaziabad and nearby regions.
