# 🚨 We’re Hiring | Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales
**Intech Fire & Security Pvt. Ltd.** is looking for an energetic and result-oriented **Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales** to join our team in **Vadodara, Gujarat**.

Intech Fire & Security Pvt. Ltd. is a leading **National Distributor** for renowned brands including **Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Halma Group**, and others.
With a turnover of **₹100+ Crore** and a strong presence across **India, APAC, and Gulf countries**, we are expanding our sales team and looking for talented professionals who are passionate about **Fire & Security / ELV solutions**.
### 📍 Location
**Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat**
### 💼 Position
**Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales**
### 🎯 Experience Required
* **1–3 years of experience** in field sales
* Experience in **ELV / Fire & Security industry**, particularly the **Fire Alarm segment**, will be preferred
### 💰 Salary
**₹3–5 Lakh per annum**, depending on experience and suitability
### 🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop **new business opportunities** and generate leads
* Build and maintain strong **client relationships**
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
* Prepare and present **proposals, quotations, and commercial offers**
* Achieve assigned **sales targets and business objectives**
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure **smooth project execution**
* Follow up with customers and ensure timely closure of opportunities
* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory
### ✅ Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Prior experience in **Fire & Security / ELV sales**
* Strong **communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**
* Good understanding of **MS Office and CRM systems**
* Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
* Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities
### ⚠️ Important
This is an **extensive field-sales role** involving regular customer visits and travel. Candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with the requirements of a field-based sales position.
