We’re Hiring | Sales Executive – Travel & Hospitality

Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup redefining premium villa stays and curated travel experiences across India. We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to help convert inquiries into bookings and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel experiences and villa stays.
* Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide daily sales updates.
* Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the booking journey.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Relationship Management.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset are also encouraged to apply.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
* Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
* Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a startup environment.
