Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bhimavaram. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective aquaculture farmers, present AquagenixPro’s IoT and automation solutions, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting field visits, delivering product demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role also involves tracking sales performance, gathering market feedback, coordinating with internal teams to support installations and service, and contributing to local marketing and outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, customer relationship management, and negotiation, with the ability to understand farmer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in the field, plan routes and meetings efficiently, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Relevant experience in sales, agritech, aquaculture, or related industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Agriculture, Aquaculture, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort with using smartphones, productivity tools, and CRM or sales tracking software.
