ERP / Software Sales Executive

We are looking for an ERP / Software Sales Executive who can manage incoming leads, understand customer requirements, conduct follow-ups, demonstrate our software solutions, and take opportunities from initial enquiry through to closure.
Core Responsibilities
* Handle and follow up on ERP, software and weighing automation leads
* Understand the customer’s existing manufacturing process and identify their requirements
* Explain and demonstrate relevant ERP/software features and automation solutions
* Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails and online meetings
* Prepare and coordinate quotations and commercial proposals
* Maintain proper lead status and follow-up records in our internal PUNIT CRM
* Coordinate with our technical team for customised requirements
* Understand customer pain points and suggest suitable solutions
* Manage the complete sales cycle from Lead → Requirement → Demo → Proposal → Follow-up → Negotiation → Closure
* Build long-term relationships with manufacturing and industrial customers
Preferred Experience
* Prior experience in ERP sales, SaaS sales, software sales or industrial software sales
* Experience dealing with B2B/manufacturing companies will be strongly preferred
* General understanding of how manufacturing businesses operate such as raw material, production, inventory, quality control etc etc.
* Ability to understand a customer’s process and translate it into suitable software features
Skills Required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident in customer calls and product demonstrations
* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
* Basic understanding of ERP/software terminology
* Ability to understand manufacturing workflows
* Good presentation and relationship-building skills
* Self-driven and comfortable working with sales targets
This is a strictly full-time, in-office position at Punit Instrument Pvt. Ltd., 17, Hariyog Estate, Behind Naroda Fire Station, Naroda, Ahmedabad – 382345. Remote or work-from-home options are not available for this role.
