Sales Coordination Executive
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordination Executive to manage client communication, design coordination, production follow-ups, and order documentation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate efficiently with clients, designers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate client requirements from design inquiry to final shipment.
- Manage CAD design approvals and communicate with designers and clients.
- Develop jewellery catalogues and support business development through social media.
- Track production progress and ensure timely order completion.
- Prepare invoices, shipment updates, product certificates, and maintain documentation.
Required Skills- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of jewellery designs and client servicing.
