We're Hiring | Sales Executive –Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery
📍 Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi

Are you passionate about luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences?
We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team and help customers discover the beauty of IGI-certified lab-grown diamond jewellery. If you have a strong background in jewellery retail and enjoy building meaningful customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right jewellery pieces.
- Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, their quality, certification, and benefits.
- Manage enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other digital channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate billing, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain showroom presentation and uphold brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of jewellery retail sales experience (Mandatory).
- Previous experience in a jewellery showroom or luxury retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi.
- Customer-first mindset with excellent sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or lab-grown diamonds is preferred.
- Self-driven, well-groomed, and passionate about luxury retail.
