# Hiring: Sales & Business Development Executive – Healthcare Services

## About Us
We are developing digital platforms and consulting services focused on the dental and medical sectors.
Our services include dental clinic setup consulting, dental clinic growth planning and healthcare-related digital initiatives. We also operate medical YouTube channels, including Chikitsa Katha and Medical Help 365days.
## Responsibilities
* Identify and connect with dentists, new dental clinic owners and healthcare professionals.
* Generate qualified business enquiries through LinkedIn, telephone, WhatsApp and professional networks.
* Explain our services and arrange consultation calls.
* Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into paid clients.
* Build referral partnerships with relevant healthcare businesses.
* Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales.
## Who Should Apply?
* Experience in sales, business development or healthcare services.
* Good communication and persuasion skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
* Experience selling to dentists, doctors or clinics will be an advantage.
* A results-oriented approach and willingness to work on a commission-based arrangement.
## Compensation
Earn up to 20% commission on eligible sales collected, according to agreed terms. Our current service prices range from ₹4,999 to ₹19,999.
This is initially a performance-based engagement, with the opportunity to discuss a broader role as the business grows.
