Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain our courses, coaching programs and services.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and enrolment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with prospective students over the phone.
- A positive attitude, persuasive skills and a target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain lead records.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales or customer service is preferred.
