Strategic Opportunity | Sales / BD Leader – Interior Fitout| Location: Mumbai (with travel across India)
A growing, design-centric organization specializing in healthcare design, build, and workplace solutions is looking for an experienced Sales / BD Leader to drive new client acquisition and close profitable fitout mandates.
We’re looking for:
- 7–10 years of experience in sales/business development across interior fitout, corporate interiors, IPC, PMC, or related real estate services
- Strong track record of lead generation and deal closures
- Established network with corporate real estate heads, IPCs, PMCs, and developers, especially in Mumbai
- Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong ownership mindset
This is a leadership-track opportunity, starting as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build and lead a BD team as the business scales.
